James, as I later learned, has no business being in your store. I went in to get a head light. The lady helping me was wonderful. She came out and helped me see which lights were out and found a bulb for me. Unfortunately she was not sure if it was the right one so she asked James for help four times. James had been leaning on a pole or walking around doing nothing since I walked in and brushed the lady helping me off each time she asked. So I asked and he rolled his eyes and walked back over to his pole to lean and joke with a customer who just walked in. So I told the lady I'd get help somewhere else. She protested and I explained it was James not her. So James asked if he did something to offend and I told him he did nothing to help. I walked out and looked for a number to call and James chased me out the store yelling to make sure I told you his name pointing to his name on his shirt. I assured him I would and he kept yelling and stepping closer to me. I felt threatened and made it very clear he needed to get out of my face.At this point other associates had to come and pull him back inside. What's really funny is I sat on hold for over 40 minutes to make a complaint but no one answered but I had to listen to your company motto,"Service is our best part." What a joke! I can't get help for a simple headlight, I get chased out of your store by a crazy yelling associate and I can't get help on your customer service line! If this service is your best part maybe I should thank James because the headlight would have been a totally useless part! I can't wait for this place to out of business. Feedback: You could have helped me get the right headlight instead of acting like I was a bother. You could have not chased after me when I left your store. You could have skipped yelling at me. You could have answered the customer service line. It's obvious this is acceptable to your company.
